Space Station
Use space station skip to bypass most of this area. Kill the zyphoid and escape to your ship.

Zyphamin Overworld (Part 1)
- Use the save point in the ship.
- Head northwest,, making sure to aggro the two chocobos you pass by.
- Do the ice crystal jump and obtain mockball. Drop through the vertical shaft in the floor to exit the building.
- Head northeast to the other building and go inside to collect the missile launcher. Exit by dropping down the vertical shaft to the elevator area.
- Lure a chocobo underneath the elevator and perform elevator skip to enter Snowdrop Caves.
If you get the ice crystal jump first try and don’t fall while climbing up to the missile launcher, the chocobos should be right next to the elevator when you arrive, otherwise you will have a major time loss waiting for them to get back to the elevator area.

Snowdrop Caves (Part 1)
Head directly through this area to the room where you collect space jump. Pick it up and continue on the the zyphoid room. Do a void jump to reach the Sunken Frigate.

Sunken Frigate
From the subway station, clip up into the bottom of the Sunken Frigate and collect the ultra beam. This will unlock the doors on the access tunnels to the subway station. Return to the subway and ride the train to Snowdrop Caves.

Snowdrop Caves (Part 2)
Collect the ice beam. Return to the subway and take the train to the Underground Greenhouse.

Underground Greenhouse
- Enter the area from the subway station.
- Clip up out of Toxoid’s arena to enter the main dungeon. Try to do the Dolly cutscene skip.
- Head directly to the room where you fight the Chozo Statue. Do Chozo Statue skip and collect the morph ball bombs.
- Return to Toxoid’s arena. Along the way, do the Dolly cutscene skip again if you succeeded the first time.
- Kill Toxoid. You can ignore the intended mechanic and just roll against Toxoid while spamming morph ball bombs to damage its weak point.
- Collect the wave beam from the pit where Toxoid was.
- Clip out of bounds and fall down to the death plane.

Zyphamin Overworld (Part 2)
- From your ship, head southwest to the Temple of Storms.
- Do temple orb skip to start the Dolley fight.
- During the air phase, Dolley is immune to missiles and is healed by the ice and plasma beams. Use wave beam to take her health down to 33% and ground her. If you take too long she will use an attack that kills you in a single hit.
- During the ground phase, Dolley can be damaged by missiles. Set up melee missiles and spam them as quickly as you can.
- As soon as Dolley’s defeat animation begins, leave the Temple of Storms and run east towards the volcano. As you have lost mockball by this point, you will need to do a paused space jump clip to exit the temple.
- Perform the Great Barrier Skip to start the final boss fight.

Zyphoid Queen
Use the ultra beam on the orb on top of the Zyphoid Queen’s head. The Zyphoid Queen has seven phases, it will take a few hits to complete each phase.

Escape
Use the message box that pops up after the Zyphoid Queen is defeated to do a space jump clip up to the surface. Head for the volcano and climb up it. You need to enter the top of the volcano to trigger a cutscene. After the cutscene, ignore Dolley and enter your ship to roll credits.
